How Do I Get There? Qantas flies into Singapore from most major destinations on a daily basis. Take a high-speed ferry from Singapore for around 45-min into Bintan Island. After clearing immigration, be greeted by your friendly Resort transport service. Immigration points are located at Singapore Airport, Singapore Ferry Terminal and on Bintan Island, Indonesia. Details of Visa fees and applications can be obtained from Resort staff and checked via Internet sites, Singapore Ferry Terminal and Immigration staff at Singapore and Indonesia. What Is There To Do?
Guest Activities Program 7 days a week - Walking, Jungle Trekking, Bike Trekking, Nosi Goreng Cooking Demo's, Learn Bahasa Indonesia, How to make 'Sate lilit', Windsurfing, Banana Boat, Island Tours, Bocce Ball, Kite Flying, Fishing, Boating, Diving, Jet-Ski's, Catamaran, Snorkel, Beach Volleyball, Aqua Aerobics, Water sports, Beach running and Golf for the sports minded. Just check the timetable, pricing and inclusions with Resort staff. Bintan Traditional Fishing Tour... Learn the techniques of the locals with a calm water ride on a sampan, along the Sebung River. Throw the 'jala' (casting net) and if that fails, ask to make a (boo-boo) 'bubu'. Fish traps made from bamboo or wire. Look out for the 'Bento'. Bintan Tanjung Pinang Tour... ride through the countryside and visit a Pineapple Farm for tasting! Discover what a crown is used for!! Experience the sights and sounds of Bintan's Capital, Tg Pinang. Enjoy a broad range of dried seafood, crackers and snacks. Visit the Sri Bintan handicraft centre to view pandan weaving and products. Take a Bintan Tour... Pick-up from your resort, taking in Trikora Beach, Kawal Fishing Village, Lunch and shopping at Tanjung Pinang, Penyengat Island and Senggarang Temple by traditional boat, Kangboi Pineapple Plantation back to your resort paradise.
