Environmental Life Impact Message from our founder, Gary Jackson
Perhaps the only negative environment intervention has been the human one. No longer should we allow our fisheries stocks, marine life, coral reefs, forests and environments to disappear.
If only I didn't spend 90-hour weeks in the corporate world, if only I'd taken the time. I'm now making the time. Future Of Fish is the most important work I've ever initiated to date. I'm not an environmental purist yet but I'm changing and now aiming to be the best I can be in 'Our Environment'.
Nature is as sensitive as life itself and like the disadvantaged, infants and the environments many beautiful inhabitants, they rely on us to give them a voice. They rely on us to protect them, love them, stand by them as a life friend and in return we have a life motivation that is there for us, always.
Many lives have been turned around or relieved of harm, simply through what our environment can give us. 'Sea-Life-Change' as a good old school friend once quoted.
At age 5 my learning started as an outlet, hide-away and relief. But also as a founding of life itself, respect, care, giving, understanding, positive karma, integrity and honesty. Benchmark values that see me through today, no matter what the tide. 'Our Environment' is a place where I fondly remember learning a sense of Aussie fun and humour.
I believe our environment is the one we live in and create, no matter where we live, no matter what class of society or apparent standing we're at, or others see we're at. We all arrive and depart the same way, we are all equal and we are all equally responsible for Our Kids & Environment.
Best describing the sensitivity, the link and importance of improving the Health & Future of 'Our Kids & Environment', is a life impacting experience that some others face and live with on a daily basis. It's my Red Nose Day experience:
I was greeted with a smile of strength I’ve rarely seen, through adversity from a Mother adjacent to the Children’s Emergency Entrance.
This Mother was wheeling her son, around age 8 in the warmth of a blanket with the only comfort, available hospital treatment. Behind the blanket, without arms and legs and with only a cry of pain at different volumes to communicate; was a child much loved and cared for by family and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
If only I could bring preventative research and development. If only I could bring a healthy marine environment to Westmead, immediately and provide care, support, hope, inspiration and motivation through it, as a life friend and welcoming outlet, forever.
Together we can and together we will, but only together not alone.
If together we as a Nation cannot ‘take the time’ give this child, carer’s and the environment a voice, and ensure their health, future, sustainability and support forever; then we are not fair dinkum Australians.
Communities, the Corporate Sector and Government as one voice, without politics or personal agenda. We simply don’t have time for that.
The only real thing I do in my life is something for those in need, the Health and Future of Our Kids and Environment, above and below the waterline, to the best of my ability.
Please join me, get active as together we can make a hands-on difference and not just talk about it.

Let's together work out how best we can hands-on bring Our Kids & Environment to new levels of protection, conservation and most of all, improvement. The team to make a difference for Kids, Charity & Our Environment as one.
Our Theme Song, 'Fishing For The Future' gives a voice to Our Environment, above and below the waterline. Above and below are equally as important.
Let's aim by to have sufficient supporters to improve our environment, showcase it, then win an Environmental Champion Challenge Vs. Canada, New Zealand or the Rest of the World. A challenge that sees our Top 10 environmental sites, Top 10 worst community practices and Top 10 site turnarounds; independently rated and improved forever.
Let's set an International Benchmark, without politics, beurocracy or personal agenda. A personal challenge to our communities, the corporate sector and to those who we voted in trust, to represent these values.
Together we are one and together we can make our generations and environmental future, greater than even we can imagine.
